1. Tropical hardwood screw with small head that sinks in wood, The deep imprint of the countersunk head ensures a stick-fit grip of the T-drive head

2. Head 60° with 4 ribs for self countersinking - The nibs under the head ensure a perfect finish into the woodwork

3.  Milling segment/ nibs on the shank to decrease wood tension and prevent splits (AISI 410)

4. The pitch of the screw is developed in such manner that the screw turns in quickly with a minimum of strength applied, ensuring high pull-out values. Tempered and waxed for smoother installation

5. Special cutting point type 17  ensures a swift installation in the woodwork and prevents splitting of the woodwork

6. Partial thread, hardened and passivated bright - Stainless steel AISI 410, hardened and waxed, Stainless steel A2 and A4;

Stainless steel C2 Cladding hardwood screws with lubricant treatment  for better penetration into the wood which reduces the risk of breakage often seen with A4 stainless in exotic wood.

Cladding blade screws with reduced head that remains very discreet on the surface of the board, 4 ribs under the head and sharp tip.
A4 stainless steel with partial thread with lubricant treatment.

Grade A+  (the best possible grade)
 This is virtually a clear grade timber, providing a clean, consistent, almost knot-free look combined with excellent durability. 
    • Graded to BS1186-3 Part 4 Class 1; each board is practically centre pith free, one face will be sap free
    • Further hand-selection of clearest grade boards which meet stringent criteria; tight live knots with a maximum 12mm diameter and a maximum of two knots per metre on average over the total length of boards
    • As Siberian Larch is imported to the UK in board form, to avoid unsightly surface finishes such as circular-saw marks, paint / grease marks and compression marks from steel securing bands
    • Kiln-dried to moisture content of approximately 16-18% (+/- 2%)
    • End checks permitted not longer than 1.5 times width of board
    • Best available grades in Europe and guarantee that your order will not contain any commonly available, lower quality grades such B or BC
Grade A/B
This is one of the bests grades on the market, providing a clean, consistent, only few knot look combined with excellent durability. 
    • Graded to BS1186-3 Part 4 Class 2; each board is practically centre free, one face will be sap free, tight live knots have a maximum 35mm diameter and a maximum of two knots per metre on average over the total length of the boards
    • Kiln-dried to moisture content of approximately 16-18% (+/- 2%)
    • End checks permitted not longer than 1.5 times width of board
    • The best available grades in Europe and guarantee that your order will not contain any commonly available, lower quality grades such B or BC
